Born on August 22, 1986 in Mumbai, Avinash Sachdev is an Indian television actor, known for the role of Dev on the Hindi soap opera Chotti Bahu. Avinash first notable acting role was in a TVS Scooty commercial with film actress Preity Zinta. In 2008, Sachdev secured his first television role in the soap opera Karam Apna Apna followed by KhwaishKis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil. Avinash got success after he played the role of  Dev in Zee’s popular show Chotti Bahu opposite Rubina Dilaik. He was also seen in an episode of Star Plus Teri Meri Love Stories. Avinash is currently portraying the role of Shlokh Agnihotri in Star Plus Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon….Ek Bhar Phir alongside lead Shrenu Parikh.
