The First Look & Theatrical Trailer of Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt film Department is out. Department is an upcoming 2012 Hindi-language film directed and produced by Ram Gopal Varma (RGV). Department stars Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Rana Daggubati, Vijay Raaz, Abhimanyu Singh & Lakshmi Manchu. Department also stars Nathalia Kaur in a special appearance.

The Story, Screenplay & Dialogue of Department  was written by Nilesh Girkar. Department was produced by Siddhant Oberoi, Amit Sharma & directed by Ram Gopal Varma (RGV).

In Department Big B played the role of Sarjerao Gaikwad, a gangster-turned politician. Sanjay Dutt played the role of Inspector Mahadev Bhosle, the leader of an encounter squad & Rana Daggubati played the role of Inspector Shivnarayan, an encounter specialist. Lakshmi Manchu was seen as Mrs. Padmini Mahadev Bhosale (Sanjay’s wife). Vijay Raaz played the role of Sawatya, Mumbai don whereas Abhimanyu Singh played the role of D.K., right-hand man of Sawatya.
