The very popular show of Star Plus Khamoshiyaan is going to be end very soon & a new serial Saraswatichandra is all set to fill that slot. Saraswatichandra is a new daily soap that will soon aired on Star Plus Channel. Promos of the show Saraswatichandra was already in air.

Saraswatichandra Story / Plot

Star Plus Saraswatichandra is based on the famous Gujarati novel Saraswatichandra written by Govardhanram Tripathi. Saraswatichandra is brought by a well known Indian film Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He brings his first serial on small screen. Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who is well known for her movies like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas, Saawariya, Black, Guzaarish & many more brings his first serial Saraswatichandra on small screen.

Gautam Rode as Saraswatichandra : Indian actor and a former model Gautam Rode has finalized to play the main male lead role of Saraswatichandra. Gautam is known for his role in Star Plus famous show Baa, Bahu Aur Baby, in which he played the character of Anish, an NRI whom Baby falls in love with. Latest, he was seen in the first episode of Star Plus Teri Meri Love Stories as Tarun opposite Mala Salaria & presently he was hosting the 5th season of Nach Baliye on Star Plus.

Jennifer Winget as Kumud Sundari : Bollywood television actress, model and news anchor Jennifer Winget has finalized to play the main female lead role of Kumud Sundari. Jennifer is known for her role in Star Plus popular soap Kasautii Zindagii Kay as Sneha opposite Karan Singh Grover. Latest, she was seen in Star Plus Teri Meri Love Stories as Niti.

Monica Bedi as Kusum : Indian/Norwegian actress, television presenter, and television contestant Monica Bedi was roped in Star Plus Saraswatichandra. Monica was playing the role of Kusum, step-mother of Gautam who doesn’t consider him as her own.

Chetan Pandit : Television actor Chetan Pandit, who was presently playing the role of Suraj Pratap Sindhia (Yash’s Father) in Zee’s popular serial Punar Vivah was roped in Star Plus Saraswatichandra. Chetan was playing the role of Gautam’s father.

Anirudh Singh as Sunny : Television actor Anirudh Singh, who was last seen in Star Plus show Pratigya playing Adarsh, will now essay the role of Gautam Rode’s close friend Sunny who will be like a brother to him.

Shiny Doshi : Shiny Doshi, who was seen with Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan in Santoor beauty soap ad will be seen in as playing the role of Jennifer’s sister.
