Rajshri Production’s long running show Yahaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli on Zee TV is ending on 14 July and the time slot will now be Zee TV. Rab Se Sona Ishq is an Indian Television drama series that will be premier on 16th July 2012 at 8.30 PM on Zee TV. The promos of Rab Se Sona Ishq are already on the air.
The story of Rab Se Sona Ishq revolves around the beautiful, innocent girl Sahiba who deserted by the man of her dreams on the day of their wedding, follows her heart and chases him across continents … ! The journey undertaken by Sahiba from the heartland of Punjab to the unknown city of London, just to get her man (Ranbeer) back will form London. Her journey of hope rests squarely on her conviction that their love is real and will last forever. Sahiba married Daljeet who loves her very much, so that he helped her to bring her lover back in Punjab.
The character of Sahiba is being played by newcomer Ekta Kaul.
The role of her lover Ranbir will be played by Ashish Sharma who wowed the audience playing Chandragupta Maurya and was also seen in the off-beat ‘Love Sex Aur Dhokha’.
Kanan Malhotra, who last seen on Zee TV in Geeta Ka Dharmyudh was played the character of Sahiba’s husband Daljeet & an extremely lovable geek.
Sukirti Kandpal, earlier acted in the shows like Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo, Dill Mill Gaye & Pyaar Ki Ye Ek Kahaani will also be seen in the ZEE TV’s new show Rab Se Sona Ishq and she will play the role of Jazz, a beautiful young woman, modern in looks, talks, habits and by heart.
Pramod Moutho who was last seen in Maan Rahe Tera Pitaah as Durgaprasad will be seen playing the role of Sukirti Kandpal’s dad (Amarjeet Pal) in the show. Amarjeet is a businessman, who is settled in London who wants his daughter to be perfect but he is not a strict father.
From the promos & story, the serial Rab Se Sona Ishq is look like the copy of superhit bollywood movie Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.
Viewers will be able to catch the first show of Rab Se Sona Ishq on July 16th, 2012, every Monday to Friday @ 8:30 PM on ZEE TV.
